Our southern cruises

formes-32.png

500 km on 8 atolls separate the capital in the center of the Maldives and the southern end of the archipelago. The reputation of the south is well established for its extraordinary encounters with different species of sharks. The further down you go towards the southern end, the more the chances of encounters with large sharks increase.

Southern optimum period : November to May

south course

adm-23.png

10 to 12 days

Departure from the capital Malé to descend more than 300 kilometers to the Llamu Atoll or conversely from Llamu towards the capital (you will have to take an internal flight of about 1 hour at the end or the start of the cruise ).

The majority of dive sites are ocean passes and drop-offs. We will regularly meet playful dolphins while sailing or hunting in the evening. During our dives, we will observe many gray and white tip sharks accompanied by schools of eagle rays and jacks, tunas, turtles and napoleons. Surprises will be possible with manta rays and whale sharks.
