You can use your points on any Amis des Maldives cruise.
Depending on the number of points you have accumulated, you can spend your points on the boat or when booking your next stay.
Where can I find my points balance on the Fidelatoo app?
You can find your points balance in the 'MY CARDS' tab of the app. There you'll also find the different packs available depending on your points total.
Can I exchange or give my points to a third party?
No, your points are registered to your name and are non-transferable.
Do my points have a limited lifespan?
Your points will be valid as long as the Amis des Maldives cruises exist.
What is the advantage of buying points before the cruise?
By purchasing points before your cruise you can choose one of the gift packages and benefit from it as soon as you arrive on board.

How to purchase loyalty points BEFORE the cruise?

Provide us in the form with your first name, last name, phone number, and the number of points you wish to purchase.
3.
You will receive a text message inviting you to download the Fidelatoo app to receive your privilege card.
4.
You will need to create an account on the Fidelatoo app by providing your first name, last name, date of birth, and phone number.
